In this guide, we will go through the simple steps for you to track your packages and ensure the delivery of your customers’ orders.

1. How to find tracking information.

Go to the “Orders” overview in the side menu.
Click on a specific order. Scroll down to the shipment line.
Click on the clickable tracking number.
You will now be redirected to the carrier’s website, where you can track the package’s progress along the way.
