Guide – WMS

Integration to Shopify.

1.Before you start the integration.

To set up an integration between Warehouze and Shopify, you need to get a few things under control first. If the product number and barcode number are the same number, you have the option of copying the product number into the barcode field. The barcode number is very important if you want to use the pick and pack function with a scanner. Should Warehouze automatically copy the product number to the barcode field, there are two levels of control where this is controlled.

1.1 If the product number is to be copied over if the barcode field is empty:

1. Click on the little man in the top right corner.

2. Press “Account”.

3. Press the tool icon in the right corner of the “General” box.

4. Find “Copy product number to Barcode” and tick the box.

5. “Overwrite product number to Barcode” must be empty.

6. Press “Save”.

1.2 If the two numbers are always the same and the product number is always controlling

1. Click on the little man in the top right corner.

2. Select “Account”.

3. Click on the tool icon in the right corner of the “General” box.

4. Find “Copy product number to Barcode” and tick the box.

5. Find “Overwrite product number to Barcode” and tick the box.

6. Press “Save”.

2. Set up integration.

1. Go back to the Dashboard in Warehouze.

2. Click on “Create new integration”.

3. Select “Shopify” – here you will be asked for an API Access Token and URL.

4. Log in to your Shopify store.

5. Click on “Apps”.

6. Click on “Settings for Apps and Sales Channel”.

7. Click on “Develop Apps” – it can be found in the top right corner.

8. Click on “Create an App” and enter the desired App name.

9. Then press “Configuration” and then in Admin API integration, press “Configure”.

10. Check all the boxes that appear – this is to make the systems talk to each other and thus share data.

11. Then click on “Install App”.

12. You will now get the token you need – press show and then copy (NOTE! It will only be shown once!).

13. Go back to Warehouze and enter your token.

14. Find your shop’s URL and paste it in – in many cases, even .com.

15. Now click on “Integrate”.

Your Shop now integrates with Warehouze. You can select Shopify on the integration menu – here you can click on “Settings” and see your options.

1. “Stock IntegrationWarehouze” sends the stock status back to Shopify, so you have the opportunity to inform customers whether an item is out of stock.

2. “Data integration” makes it possible to send order data from Shopify to Warehouze, so that the order can be sent for picking.

3. “Capture payment enabled” sends a message to Shopify upon a completed order pick that the payment of the order must be completed.

4. “Fulfill items enabled” sends a message to Shopify that order picking has been completed, thereby completing the order.

3. Create Webhook.

1. Click on “Shopify” under integrations in Warehouze.

2. Click on “Settings”.

3. Go down to “Webhook setting” and copy the URL.

4. Go to your Shopify store.

5. Go to “Settings”.

6. Go to the item “Notifications”.

7. Go all the way down to the “Webhook” section.

8. Click on “Create webhook” – one must be created on both “Creation of order” and on “Order update”.

9. Fill in “Event” – must be either “Order Creation” or “Order Update”.

10. The URL is the URL you copied before – You need to change [host] to app.warehouze.io – once this is done, copy again.

11. “Webhook API version” should be latest and then press save.

12. Use points 8 to 11 to create a webhook for “Order update” and/or “Order creation”.

13. Now copy the signature at the bottom – this is the key you need.

14. Go to the Warehouse.

15. Put the signature in the “webhook secret key”.

16. Click “Save”.

Now the integration is complete.
