Setting up shipping agreements.

By following the guide for setting up shipping agreements in LogiSnap, you have the opportunity to configure which carriers you and your customers can use for delivery.

If you haven’t created an account on LogiSnap yet, you can do so here. 

There are two options for setting up your freight agreements in LogiSnap.

The first option is through our onboarding flow, which is the initial flow you encounter after creating an account on LogiSnap.

The second option is to set up your freight agreements within the admin menu on the left-hand side.

Both methods are described in the guide below.

1. Setting up freight agreements through the onboarding flow..

  1. You will start by landing on our so-called “Get Started” flow, which will guide you through 3 simple steps to create your LogiSnap account.

  2. The first step here will be the creation of shipping agreements.
  3. Click here to add a shipping agreement.
  4. Then, select your own shipping agreement.
  5. Choose your desired carrier.
  6. Select the preferred delivery method for your shipments.
  7. Select any services you wish to exclude through the carrier.
  8. Click “Save” afterwards.
  9. Repeat the procedure with all desired shipping agreements and delivery methods.

     

2. Creating shipping agreements through the admin menu (left side).

  1. Click on the “Admin” menu on the left side of the screen.
  2. Look for the option labeled “Shipping Agreements” and click on it.
  3. Click on “Add Shipping Agreement” to create a new agreement.
  4. Select your own shipping agreement from the available options.
  5. Choose the desired delivery method for your shipments.
  6. Deselect any services you do not wish to use through the carrier.
  7. Click on the “Save” button to save the agreement.
  8. Repeat the procedure with all the desired shipping agreements and delivery methods.

3. Setting up your own freight agreement.

Setting up your own freight agreement.

  1. Choose from the carriers that we have integrations with and that you have established shipping agreements with.
  2. Select one of the delivery types available.
  3. Enter the required information as prompted to enable the use of your shipping agreement in the LogiSnap system. You may be asked to provide your customer number specifically associated with your shipping agreement.
  4. Optionally, you can name your shipping agreement.
  5. Additionally, you can add carrier services such as SMS notifications.
  6. Finally, click on “Save” to save your settings.
  7. You can always edit your shipping agreement and add more agreements later. To do this, select “Admin” and then choose “Shipping Agreements”.
